Special Talents : Organization, Roll-out Strategy, Bilingual 401(k) Consultations (Spanish)

As Participant Services Coordinator, Tom is directly involved in the roll out the BeManaged suite of services to our clients. He has coordinated the on-site education and enrollment process, including group presentations and individual 1on1 consultations. Tom provides our 401(k) consultations in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking population of participants, both live in a 1-on-1 setting and via video chat online. Tom has an MBA emphasizing Financial Planning, and is a strong advocate of fiduciary best practices on behalf of 401(k) participants, with a particular desire to see high-quality investment resources made available to all 401(k) investors.
